Our Top Rib Roast (Housekeeper’s Cut) weighs approximately 1.2kg, but will never be lighter than 1.2kg. Expertly prepared from our own dry-aged Angus beef, it’s a beautifully marbled roasting joint, full of rich flavour and perfect for a traditional family roast.
